and the purchase of apparel products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree
to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Pricing

All products sold are directly provided by General Distributor. Prices are listed in NPR and may
be revised without notice.

3. Order Acceptance

Orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. General Distributor reserves
the right to accept or reject orders based on stock availability, payment verification, or other
legitimate reasons.

4. Payment Terms

We accept digital payments, bank transfers, wallet payments, and Cash on Delivery (if
applicable). Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment validation.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines vary according to customer location. Ownership and risk transfer to the
customer upon delivery.

6. Return & Exchange Policy

Our return window is 7 Days from the date of delivery for eligible apparel items. Returns are
accepted only if:
– The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

– The apparel does not fit (subject to eligibility).

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after item inspection and issued to the original payment method or via
bank transfer for COD orders.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, images, and branding on the platform are the property of General Distributor and
may not be used without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

General Distributor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted
under Nepal law.
